Quick Quote - Tel Aviv Revisited

I was surprised by this quote from Dave Brooks today

Israel has more high-tech start-ups per capita than any other nation on earth, by far. … Israel, with seven million people, attracts as much venture capital as France and Germany combined.

Of course, he refers mainly to the Tel Aviv tech cluster.
