The Navigation Course
Today we start up our “navigation” course here in Tartu. This course may be my favorite to teach. In the course, we take core concepts that we have worked on in our basic negotiation skills course and conflict management course and introduce a model for using these ideas strategically.
This ends up shifting our focus a bit on the value of relationships, especially partnering. Come join us!
