I had a chuckle reading Dr. John Sullivan today talking about a “visible revolution and shift in corporate focus”. The basic point is very simple. Firms are waking up to the idea that squeezing ever more efficiency out of a process will bring them less than disrupting it and making something ten times better.
Got it. The good doctor makes a practical recommendation for those firms in the waky uppy process. Re-think the role of HR: Make HR a leader in changing the mindset of your workers.
