QuickTech - Another Veoh Judgment

TechCrunch reports another judgment in California involving Veoh (a web exchange platform for video and music) that enforces the safe harbor protections of the DMCA. Good news for companies that provide platform services and are worried about, or are getting sued for copyright infringement — especially YouTube.
